The United States Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The Federal agency whose jurisdiction
is most similar to that of MCAD. Its website includes an excellent summary

and Guidance.”

States Department of Justice
The United States Department of Justice
maintains a website that provides
an overview of other federal civil rights laws relating to employment discrimination.
Wage
and Hour Poster
Summarizes the laws concerning prompt payment of wages,
overtime, child labor, etc. Provided by the Massachusetts Attorney General
