The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The Federal agency whose jurisdiction is most similar to that of MCAD. Its website includes an excellent summary of “Discrimination by Type: Facts and Guidance.”
The United States Department of Justice
The United States Department of Justice maintains a website that provides an overview of other federal civil rights laws relating to employment discrimination.
