I will place highly sophisticated legal skills, imagination, and the wisdom of long experience at the service of my clients. My focus will be on reaching a resolution of every dispute satisfactory to my clients. The strategy and tactics applied to each case will be directed to that end.

Responsiveness

Clients may expect open lines of communication. They will be consulted and kept fully-informed at all times and the decision-making power will be in their hands. I will discuss the pros and cons of each tactical and strategic decision, and will never run up legal costs to no purpose.

On a practical level, I will always promptly return your phone calls and e-mails, and you will know where to find me. Fees and costs will be fully discussed in advance. All agreements will be in writing.
